Saee Bapat
Hi, I’m Saee Bapat, an IT-professional turned Holistic Nutrition Health Coach & Yoga Therapist. I’ve been a national level swimmer in school and college, a yoga coach since 2008, marathon runner since 2017, and Clean Eating practitioner since 2014.
Ups and downs, lows and highs have been part of my life as much as yours. I have learned through tests and trials on myself, my wonderfully supportive family and friends and now, a large community of Clean Eaters.
I hold a certification in Nutrition from Cornell University and a Masters in Yogic Science. I’m constantly upgrading my knowledge of Holistic Nutrition and Yoga as the combination truly delivers rich rewards.
My mission is to help 10,000 people develop healthy and sustainable habits following time-tested principles. My online courses and 7-day group coaching have helped 700+ students develop healthier energetic lifestyles. Another 200 have transformed their perspective while losing weight in my 28-days Holistic Clean Eating program.
Many have reversed health problems such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, high cholesterol and cured issues including allergies, skin issues and acidity.
If you’ve been itching to take charge of your life, here’s your chance!
