My latest baby!
I knew that it would be a complicated case, yet after the gap of almost 5 years, I took a chance! Initially it seemed smooth sailing but a time came when I almost had miscarriage, somehow I gathered myself and proceeded carefully. I prepared the background quite well, now it was time to bear labour pains!! Thankfully the duration of labour was very less this time, but since it was a complicated case, the pains were excruciating! At last, the baby was born, a supposedly beautiful girl!! But, hey, wait, she was not lively... not happening.... sort of identity crisis which I had never faced before with any of my babies! I was aghast!! After so much labour, a still-born?!!! No way!! Chanting continuously 'all is well' I decided to revive her. I rubbed her vigorously with eraser, here and there, I slapped her with pencil strokes, here and there, even caressed her with my fingertips! My prayers and efforts paid off and my baby came to life! She was weak though.... never mind, weak or strong, ugly or beautiful, girl or boy, mother loves all her babies!!!
So here is my newest baby, please bless her with your suggestions, opinions and if found worthy, with praise!
All is well...Ranchho, tussi great ho!
