Ingredients:
2 Cups Moong dal (green gram),
1-2 Green chillis,
1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds),
1/2 inch of Ginger,
Cooking oil,
Salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Soak Moong dal in water for 2-3 hours.
2. Grind this with Jeera, Green chilly (as per taste) and ginger. Make a fine paste and add salt to taste.
3. Make sure that this paste is consistent and ready for dosas.
4. Heat your pan, grease it with some oil, and make Moong dosas.
5. Fry them from both the sides.
Additional tips:
1. To grease your pan, use half cut raw onion OR potato, it adds a nice flavor to dosas.
2. You can serve these Dosas with any type of chutney OR curry.
