Beetroot Dosa:
Oat flour + rice flour +semolina, soak about 1 hr ( if you are not vegan use 2-3 tbsp curd)
Grated
medium beetroot + chili +cumin seeds, make fine paste , add into above
mixture, make medium batter consistency, add salt n make Dosa

Grilled below veggies:
Green chilli 1
Tomato 1
Aubergine 1
Any colour Paprika 1
Remove dark skin after grilling, chopped well
Take chopped green onion (mostly Scallion),coriander leaves, sprinkle some salt .
Mix well and add above all chopped veggies...
