Ingredients:
1 Cup chopped mushrooms,
2-3 Garlic Cloves,
1/2 onion,
Freshly crushed black pepper,
2 cups of Boiled rice,
1/4 cup grated cheese,
1/2 cup fresh cream,
2 tsp olive oil,
1 tbsp mixed herbs,
Salt to taste
Procedure
1. Take well-chopped Mushrooms, garlic cloves, and onion.
2. Heat the pan and add olive oil. After some time add chopped onion and garlic. Let it cook for sometime.
3. Add chopped mushrooms and pinch of salt and cover the pan with a lid and let it cook until mushrooms become soft.
4. Add cheese, fresh cream, crushed black pepper, and mixed herbs into the pan.
5. In the cooked content add boiled rice and mix it well.
6. Add basil leaves for great flavor on the dish.
Additional tips
1. Risotto rice tastes good when served hot and fresh.
2. Amount of cheese and fresh cream can be varied as the individual tastes.
