Quinoa budda bowl recipe


 1 cup quinoa 
1 cup red Lentils 
1 cup rice/ javar/wheat types( Dinkel, whole wheat....)
1)Soak it all 1-2 hrs 
Pressurised or normal cook in vessel 
2)In tadaka, add garlic-ginger paste, chopped onion, available veggies. Sauté for couple of minutes , add above cooked mixture.

Orange salad dressing:
Honey/Brown sugar-1 tsp
Italian mix herbs-1tsp
Orange juice-2tsp
Balsamic vinegar-1 tsp
