Cone chat 


 



Cone dough:
Pani puri:
1 cup rava 
1/4 cup maida
Salt
1/2 cup hot water
Mix well 
Keep 2hrs 
Do cones n fry in medium- hot oil . 
Cone procedure: rollpin medium size dough , cut pie shapes n wounded around cone shape steel cones( as shown in pic)
First deep fry this cones with steel shape cones until light brown, remove n keep aside for a moment.
Now remove fried cones from steel cones and again deep fry it . 
Filling:
Boiled n smashed potatoes
Raw onion 
Chopped coriander 
Coriander powder
Jeera powder
Ragada: soaked n boiled chickpeas . Make thick daal .
Green Chutney-
Ingredients :
2cups - mint ( pudina)
1 cup - chopped coriander 
6-8 green chillis
1 inch- Ginger 
1/4 cup - jaggery 
2 tbsp- paani puri masala
1 tbsp- jeera ( cumin seeds) powder 
1/4 tsp - black salt
1/4 tsp - cloves powder 
1/2 tsp- cinnamon powder 
1/4 cup- tamarind pulp
2 lemons juice 
Salt
Grind all ingredients except lemon juice. Once grind finally add lemon juice .

Red chutney-
1.5 Liter water
250 gm -Tamarinde 
400 gm- jaggery 
1 Tbsp- red chilli powder 
1 tbsp- dry ginger powder 
1 tbsp- cumin seeds powder 
Salt 
Cook well all ingredients and strain it properly 

Dish preparation:
In potatos filling add little bit both chutney.
Take cone , fill with potato filling, dip in zero shev.
Keep cone in plate, put some Ragada on top as well both Chutney, chopped onion, chopped coriander , chat masala. 
How to eat :
Eat top portion of cone as it is then afterwards dip every time in Ragada n Enjoy.😊
